    Dr. Cara Orscheln has been passionately curious about the human body since childhood. She was drawn to massage therapy at an early age. Personal experiences with herbal medicine and digestive disorders led her to a deeper thirst for knowledge about holistic therapies including homeopathy, botanical medicine and nutrition. She has benefited from the profound healing stimulated by restorative injection therapies. She is eager to help you achieve your best physical health.

    Unique Approach

    Dr. Cara Orscheln provides an integrative structural and natural medicine approach to holistically treat pain and optimize health. She blends myofascial bodywork and movement education, restorative injection therapies like prolotherapy, neural therapy, ozone therapy, and peri-neural injection therapy, as well as interpreting appropriate lab testing or imaging and recommending dietary, lifestyle, nutrient or botanical supplementation to support the whole body.
